NHUDG's vision for reinhabiting the restored mill site is a healthy balance between planful, innovative, sustainable development and restoring this potentially beautiful piece of property to a natural state that supports recreation, education, and return of flora and fauna once found on the bluff. Our initiative to daylight Alder and Maple Creeks, now buried beneath the asphalt of the old mill operation will result in a view corridor to the Pacific.
